We
can see the error in Machine translation service saying that "Queue
database is not accessible." By checking into deep we can find the summary
text as "Machine translation service cannot access the content that it has
to translate" We can see this error whenever new machine translation
service jobs are not complete or existing items are going to be hanged".
We can get this whenever
queue database is not able accessible or not having valid permissions to access
custom database. So that we have to check for SQL Server Machine database or
verifying the SQL Server network connection.
To verify the SQL Server
Machine translation service DB,
Find out the Machine
Translation Service DB server and Name and version of Configuration Database.
Check SQL Server for configuration database if it is not exists, run SharePoint
configuration wizard.
To Verify the SQL Server
network connection,
Navigate to Farm Information
page in Central Administration (System Settings -> Manage Servers in this
farm). Check for the Database server. Open command prompt and ping the server
name to confirm server is working or not. If we get failure message, there is
some problem with network connection that prevents responding. We can fix that
issue by logging in to the server.
